Grain Valley Schools Annual Holiday Celebration 
The Grain Valley Schools Annual Holiday Celebration will be on Friday, December 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the GVHS Band Room.

Important Action Required: Update your W-2 Delivery Method by December 31

As we prepare for the end of the year and the issuance of W-2 forms for the upcoming tax season, we need your assistance to ensure you receive your documents quickly and securely.
 
Action Required: Verify W-2 Delivery Method
 
Please log in to the Employee Access Center (EAC) immediately to verify and update your preferred W-2 delivery method (electronic or paper) before the annual deadline of December 31st.
 
This is the only way to confirm your current selection and make any necessary changes. Choosing electronic delivery is the fastest, most secure, and most convenient way to receive your W-2 form.
 
The W-2 Instruction Guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to make this change. 

Please complete this action by December 31 to guarantee your W-2 is processed according to your preference. If you have any questions, please contact the Finance or Payroll department.
Action Needed: Update Your Home Address by December 31
As we prepare for year-end processing, please take a moment to verify and update your home mailing address in the Employee Access Center no later than December 31st.

Accurate address information ensures that your W-2 tax form is mailed to the correct location in January. Even if you haven’t moved recently, it’s a good idea to double-check your information for accuracy.

To update your address:
  1. Log in to the Employee Access Center 
  2. Navigate to Personal Information
  3. Employee Contact Information
  4. Review and update your Home Address as needed
